Swin golf and disc golf

Swin golf is a variation of golf created in the early 1980s. It is played on a basic course using just one three-sided club and a softer ball that weighs the same as a golf ball but is larger.

For beginners, swin golf has lots of advantages: the equipment is cheap and clubs will often lend it to occasional players; you can get straight out on the course after a brief introductory session; and lastly it is also suitable for children aged 8 and over.
Disc golf, a new fun activity for everyone, is also played like golf. The difference is that instead of hitting a ball with a club, the player simply throws a disc (frisbee). What the two sports have in common is concentration and dexterity.
